You can use this bucking machine for wet and dry material

We have run both, wet and dry hemp through this machine, from "green" in the field to dry material that had been hanging in the barn. In all cases the machine will just eat whatever you put into it.

Toggle switch allows you to go forward and reverse instantly 

In case you experience a jam, you can just hit the rocker switch to instantly clear any jam. All switches are waterproof.

2 speed powered rollers

The rollers have 2 speeds, low and high for bucking materials with different moisture content.

Different cone sizes for a wide range of stalks 

Our face plate has 7 cones in 4 sizes, allowing 2 people to work side by side. Custom cone sizes are available.

Lightweight and portable

This bud bucking machine only weighs 52 lbs. No heavy motors as they are built in to the rollers. And this is what sets us apart from any other bucking machine on the market. The cabinet is made of 1" HDPE, which is very sturdy.

Can be run with a 12 volt battery and inverter 

We ran the Bud Bucker out in the field on a deep cycle marine battery and small inverter. We had two people bucking for 16 hours for a period of 2 days with no issues. We checked the voltage on the battery and it was still at 12.4 volts. This machine draws only a very small amount of electricity.

Very low operating noise

Since we do not use heavy motors, gears and chains, the noise level is so low that you can have a normal conversation at the same time.

USB port to charge your phone or laptop

We have added a USB port, so you can charge your phone or listen to music while bucking your plants. That's how quiet this machine operates.

Emergency stop switch 

If for any reason you would need to shut the machine down immediately, there is a safety STOP switch in the right hand corner.

Easy clean up

We have found that the easiest way to maintain this machine is to wipe down the rollers, face plate, stripping cones and cabinet with Isopropyl alcohol and a rag to get rid of the build up from the plant material.

Warranty

1 year warranty. This warranty will cover parts, labor and manufacturer defect. We are not responsible for operator error. This machine is designed for plant material only.  All sales are final.
